Copy and paste your youtube videos url into www.onlinevideoconverter.com and then select "MP4" from the dropdown menu. This converts the .flv to a file format suitable for any (not just ipods!) MP4 (if you can watch movies on your portable music player it's an MP4 player (MP3 is sound only, no movies).
