Introducing Integration with Areas under Graphs |
|||
| Description/Aim | |||
The aim of this investigation is to find the general formula for finding the area bounded by a polynomial curve and the x axis by a numerical method. No pre-requisite knowledge of integration is required. This is a classic introduction of integration made possible by the use of the software package Autograph (30 day trial version can be downloaded from here). |
